Meet the Staff

Brenda Stevenson

Brenda, a Kansas native and lifelong resident, has lived in Emporia since 1979. Her strong sense of community involvement is rooted in her upbringing.

Called to serve at a young age, she worked as a church secretary and office manager for many years, and has been with Charter Funerals since 2006. She enjoys helping others, and is honored to be able to offer assistance to families during trying and difficult times. It is this aspect of her duties at Charter that Brenda finds especially rewarding.

Brenda is married with one daughter and one son, and is a grandmother of two.
