Obituary

Audrey "Audie" Jean Ragan was born March 25th, 1953 in Missouri to Rufus Willis and Floy Carney. She was the second oldest of five children. Audrey attended Turner High School in Kansas City, Kansas. Audrey's love of children kept her employed in the childcare industry for many years. She was joined in holy matrimony with Randy Ragan for 49 years. Although Audrey had no biological children she loved and cared for all her nieces and nephews as her own. She enjoyed most of all being with family. You could often find her out to dinner with family or at the casino. Anyone that knew Audie knew her love for Elvis Presley. She often quoted his songs, particularly "TCB" Taking Care of Business. Audrey departed this life on February 20th, 2020. She was being visited and comforted by several loving family members at her passing. Audrey was preceded in death by: her Father Rufus Willis, Mother Floy Willis, and brother Johnny Willis. Audrey is survived by her spouse: Randy Ragan, Siblings: Andy Willis, Debra Noe and Cherron Bannon and a host of nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Services for Audrey will not be announced. It was Audrey's wishes prior to death that only a select few attend a private going home ceremony. The family appreciates your respect with her decision.
